James (Jamie) A. Clark, PLA ASLA has been practicing landscape architecture since 1994, and land use planning since 1997, in Oregon and Washington. Mr. Clark is a licensed landscape architect in both Washington (#778) and Oregon (#653). Mr. Clark obtained a bachelor of science degree in landscape architecture from Washington State University in 1994. Prior to launching Clark Land Design in 2015, Mr. Clark worked 2 years in landscape construction, 8 years in landscape architecture offices, and 11 years as the senior planner and landscape architect for a civil engineering firm. Clark Land Design, PLLC is based in Vancouver, Washington and has been providing landscape architectural and land use planning services to clients for Oregon and Washington projects since 2015.
